Bad days will pass

You know when you have a bad day and think that everything that could go wrong, goes wrong? Well, I had one the other day: I tripped twice on public stairs embarrassing myself, I answered wrong a question in class twice and the teacher got mad, I lost a train, I heard people saying bad things about bands I love... But this post is not about my day, it's about things we should remember in one of those days. So here's a list I wrote of things that I hope work for you the next time you have one of these days. Maybe not all of them will work for you but some worked for me so here we go:

Listen to music you love
Talk with your friends (internet ones included)
Talk with your family
Youtube videos
Your pet
Any hobbies you might have
Lie in bed and don't think about anything
Remember happy moments
Watch a film or TVshow you love
Eat chocolate or ice cream
When you come home you can have a relaxing bath and forget about everything
Remember that the next day will be a new one and it'll be much better

We all have that kind of days and at the moment it's so hard to think that something could be good but honestly if at least you do one of the things in the list above, I can guarantee you'll feel much better. And hey if you do it,  at least you'll have something good that day!

This was a different kind of post but I hope that at least someone will take something good from it. Remember don't let bad days bring you down, everything will be fine. I know it's easy to say now and hard to think about when it happens but just try to remember it. Here you have three quotes that you need to remember during bad days:

"It's just a bad day, not a bad life."
"Just because today is a terrible day doesn't mean tomorrow won't be the best day of your life."
"Sometimes you need those bad days to truly appreciate the good ones."

    I think I'm just gonna comment in english too bc idk but it feels kinda cool and this way I practice my english too so yay.

    I think it's really cool that you did a post like this bc many times we believe we're the only ones having bad days and it's okay ti remember we're all human and we all have our good and bad days c:
    Also, lately I've been having quite hard days but I try to focus on the little things that make me happy like for example if my mum makes my favourite meal, or if I can get to talk to one of my friends, or even if I just read something beautiful on the internet, I try to stick to those things to remind me life is not so bad :)

  2. This is such a lovely post! I do agree with everything you've listed but also find keeping myself busy (going out with friends, to the cinema, window shopping, writting blog posts or even doing uni stuff) helps!
    "It's just a bad day, not a bad life" is like our motto, so true!!

  3. I love this! On bad days you really have to work to make yourself feel better. I have a notebook filled with my favorite quotes/verses/lyrics that I like to read when I'm feeling down, and it really helps!
